Baked-To-Last Blush by The Body Shop Review/Swatch

I mention my love for blushes already in prior posts yet again am here with The body shop baked blusher review.

 This is 1 of the 2 baked to the last blushes, which the body shop was offering earlier. I picked shade 2 , it has rosy pink and coral shade let's find out more about this product .

What it says on the website:

Blusher and a high lighter in a duo palette. Handmade and slow-baked on a terracotta disc, it gives up to eight hours of colour.
• Two shades
• Lasts up to eight hours
• Handmade
Dermatologically tested

 My Verdict:

The body shop is one of my favorite brand for makeup skin care. I  bought this blush because it clicked me immediately I saw it, it has 2 shades in a pan so you can make your own color by adding both, or you can use pink on cheeks and coral as highlighter .
                      It is shimmery, I never worn it in daytime but yesterday I worn it in a day and was very impressed the shimmer is subtle and did not maximise my pore size.
                As you all know how the weather is in Karachi very very hot and my oily skin hardly let any product to stay on this blush did not fade out for about 4 hours wow I really loved it, I used the pink on my cheeks and the coral to highlight.

 Love the fact that it stays looking fresh all day, and does not oxidize or sinks into my pores, as some blushes have a tendency to do.

 A perfect blush to add a nice natural glow with a hint of rosy pink color on your cheeks.

Pros .
* Very High quality packaging love the simple luxury packaging.
* Easily blend able
* superb pigmented
*duo shades with subtle shimmer
*long lasting color
* Travel friendly

Cons
* Pricey
* after 4 hours it start fading ( in details it says last for 8 hours)
* 2 shades to choose from only

MY LOOK
 A bit expensive 12pound but I am sure it ll last me more than a year as a little goes long way.
                                 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jewell-ery Haul

      There are so many pages on Facebook selling jewellery which they trade from ALIEXPRESS or ALIBABA website, so I decided to order directly from aliexpress which saved my money, as well as a lot of varieties to choose from.
Here is what I shop from aliexpress.com.

I don't remember exact amount, but I surely can say I saved my 60% of money from ordering it directly from ALIEXPRESS not from any Facebook page but if you want 1,2 things than I will not recommend buying  from the direct site .

Hope you liked it share your experience of aliexpress or from where you buy your jewellery usually.

TheBalm Mary-Lou Manizer Review/Swatch

I Love TheBalm Packaging and they way  they present their products its awesome and entirely different from any other brand their unusual printing on products makes me to try their products more.

Reviewing TheBalm Most raved by youtube gurus MARY-LOU MANIZER

What it says on the website:

MARY-LOU MANIZER
High lighter, Shadow Shimmer
Meet Mary-Lou Manizer, a seemingly innocent honey-hued luminizer that catches everybody’s eye. This highlighter, shadow and shimmer diffuses light so your skin looks softer and younger while adding a subtle glow.
How to Apply
 Layer it on your lids for a luxe look, sweep it on your cheeks for a sexy sheen, or use it as an all-over finishing touch before you head out for the night.

My Thoughts:

 • Highlighter plays a vast role in makeup .It enhance and completes your look. This honey-colored  luminizer is the perfect hint of glow you have been looking for .its not only a high lighter you can use it as shadow for popping out your eyes, add it with your blush for shimmer or highlight your face for flawless glowing skin.
• its not overly pink orange or suntan as usually others are ,it gives an instant healthy, rested look with subtle shine a little goes a long way Super fine powder is the ultimate light diffuser, creating a smoother softer looking glow.
• you just need to blend it carefully, and you are ready with your healthy glowing skin.

  • It's a Big pan which will last me Forever because I don't wear makeup everyday.
 Lasting Power:
I guess lasting power is awesome it stays 5 hours on my face and I haven’t  noticed any fallout or fading so far it’s the best high lighter for me.
   So Far,  I haven't  find out any bad thing about this product.
 I bought it from Amazon for £16 .
You can get it from anywhere it's available on
Amazon, Ebay, Thebalm website, Sephore, and many other online sites.
